Pre-shoot meeting: Our team will schedule a phone conference with you six weeks before your trip to go over travel questions, shoot expectations and the general event flow. 

 

Meet & Greet: To introduce and welcome everyone our team will organize an optional dinner.

Workshop hosted by Wedding Sparrow to cover topics such as branding, posing, educational pdf's and publishing. 

 

Travel recommendations: Within six weeks of sign up you will receive a PDF file with recommendations on where to stay, shop, eat and tourist activities. 

 

Shoot set up: Our team works with the top wedding vendors in the industry to provide photographers a unique opportunity to capture publication worthy content.  Each editorial includes full creative direction, access to exclusive designer attire, 1-2 model couples per day, ceremony set up, flat lays, and luxury tablescapes. All tickets are non-refundable.
